The 5-Minute Journal
This is the biggest tool I’ve used to focus my energy and build a productive mindset. When you’re trying to balance your work life and writing life, maybe even family or external obligations too, the details of what’s a priority can get lost. If you need writing to be a priority, I highly recommend the 5-Minute Journal to set intention into your day.
It’s called the 5-Minute Journal because it takes only 5 minutes every morning to write out 3 things: what you’re grateful for, what would make today great, and daily affirmations. This really zones in on a healthy mindset to not only boost your happiness but to give you direction.
Don’t just take it from me:
“The Five Minute Journal is one of the simplest ways I have found to consistently ensure improving my well-being and happiness. Both in terms of achievement and actual measureable, quantifiable results.” -Tim Ferriss, New York Times Bestselling Author
“I start and end my day with The Five Minute Journal. It really only takes 5 minutes a day. I love it!” -Mimi Ikonn, co-founder Luxy Hair
“I do The Five Minute Journal every morning and it puts me in the right frame of mind to start the day.” -Pat Flynn, Smart Passive Income
I’m proud to call myself an affiliate of this tool.
